Weaving with the Waters – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket for Weaving with the Waters, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
 1. Non-Refundable Purchase: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, illness, or travel disruptions.

2. Ticket Transfers: If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another participant. It is your responsibility to arrange this transfer and provide the new participant’s details to the event organizers at least 7 days prior to the event start date.

3. Event Changes & Force Majeure:
 • The organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, location, or facilitators if necessary. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.
 • If the event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or other force majeure events), your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date.
 • If the event is canceled entirely by the organizers, ticket holders will be offered a credit for a future event.
 

4. Participant Responsibility: It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to ensure they are available and able to attend. No exceptions will be made for failure to participate due to personal reasons.

5. Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. This policy ensures the integrity of the event planning and allows us to honor commitments to facilitators, venue partners, and logistical arrangements.
